Awards
APCA PHD and MSC Best Theses Awards are awarded biennially by the Automatic Control Portuguese Association (APCA) to the best Theses in Automatic Control and related scientific areas, in order to stimulate innovation and excellence in research, as well as to promote and disseminate relevant scientific achievements. These APCA Awards were announced during the conference. Additional information is available at the APCA website (PhD here and MSc here).
Outstanding submissions were considered for Best Paper Awards, announced during the conference. These selected papers will be given the possibility to submit an extended version, in accordance with Springer copyright transfer, to a special issue of an open-access journal (TBA), with a full waiver to the article processing charges (APC), if accepted after the journal peer review process. Other outstanding submissions will also be given significant discounts for the APC, if an extended version based on the conference paper is submitted and accepted to this special issue.
